Main Street Hub Announces New HQ in East Austin (RENDERINGS)

October 3, 2017 by Editor

Austin-based online marketing firm Main Street Hub has announced plans to consolidate its three offices into a single location with room for 1,000 employees. The firm will move into 114,000 square feet of space in a new office building in East Austin.

AQUILA Commercial is developing the 1.33-acre site at 2010 E. 6th Street on Austin’s east side. Earlier this year, Capital Area Rural Transportation System (CARTS) announced plans to sell the site and move its headquarters to Bastrop County, making way for this new development.

According to the City, the site development permit is currently under review. Construction is expected to begin in “early 2018” and will be ready for occupancy in mid-2019.

The Beck Group is providing integrated design-build services for the project, which will include three levels of office space and four levels of garage parking, according to AQUILA. BuildingATX will continue to follow this developing story and will bring you updates as this project moves into the construction phase.
